Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by QRIXEL ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

QRIXEL provides IT solutions including but not limited to web development, app development, cloud & DevOps, UI/UX design, AI solutions, and SaaS building. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe upon third-party rights
• Make payments as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary code used during development remain our property.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract
• Late payments may result in project suspension or additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRIXEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, unless covered under a maintenance agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
